Facilities & Property Management Department

This involves management and letting of industrial, commercial and residential properties. The property management department handles rating administration and management which include the collection of rates on behalf of rating authorities, service charge administration as well as rent collection and disbursement of same to the landlord.
Whilst the facilities management department handles not only the physical structure or building but also the maintenance of furniture, fittings and equipment, supervision of facility usage, operations, equipment maintenance, preparation and maintaining annual budget for building use and facility maintenance, procurement, maintenance upgrades of furniture, utilities, computers, security systems and signage for the overall facilities.

It also oversees scheduling & conduct of routine management inspection, supervision of repairs & maintenance works, conduct of water quality test, dislodge of septic tank and strict adherence to health, safety and environment policy, compliance with environmental policy, supervision and monitoring of fire fighting equipment, conduct of fire drills, swimming pool services, provision of escape route, car park facilities maintenance, energy conversation & management and any other aspects that may likely cause danger to facility that is under our portfolio which may fall short will be seriously taken care of:

Valuation Department

The valuation for all purposes of all types of properties including plant and machinery. It also covers rating valuations. It is this department that will be directly responsible for your instruction at any time we are being called upon to carryout valuation job for asset value updating and record keeping purposes.

Development Department

This department overseas development finance advice, feasibility and viability appraisal of project, project idea conceptualization to project completion or handling over stage and project management.
